Too baggy and legs to wide below the knee. Wish they made jeans that fit. Please make one pair that is slimmer and a little higher rise

I already have a pair of these exact jeans, so I was expecting a similar fit. I ordered them online because I simply can’t find my size anywhere in stock. However, this pair is HUGE on me. I hate it. I laid this pair on top of my other pair and the legs are at least an inch wider on this new pair. They look stupid on me. If you can tell me how to return, I’d appreciate it.
