Love love the boots!! Very comfortable! I did have to size down 1/2 a size and the are a little big around my calves but I have small ones!

Beautiful workmanship! Keep in mind the boot has to stretch out on the width, it does feel tight and if this is your first boot purchase, make sure you get leather conditioner to soften it up even more! (And protect it, too.)

I love my shoes. They are so comfortable. The arch is perfect, I do not have to wear my inserts. In general, I wear an 8 1/2-9 med. width. I ordered an 8 wide and they fit great.

Love this boot! Fits my wide foot well, but, alas, it is enormous in the calf area. I don’t have extra thin calves, just normal. But my legs bounced around in them. If you have thicker calves, these are your boot.

I put these on and my feet sang the hallelujah chorus: Hooray! Comfy boots at last! If you are wide of foot and of calf, these boots are for you. I am a curvy gal and ordered the C width, hoping both the shank and footbed would not only fit but be comfortable lo and behold they are! Not only that, but I can wear a moderately thick sock with them. AND Zappos, you amaze me. I ordered these at 11:00 PM on a Thursday night and they were delivered and on my feet by 10:30 AM on Saturday morning and shipping was FREE! Could not be happier with my Ariat boots or the service from Zappos. Five stars all the way around!

The most comfortable pair of boots! My first pair of cowboy boots and it was a hit! They look better in person. The sizing was off – had to order a 9 – full size down from my usual 10. Couldn’t be happier

So comfortable, didn’t need to break them in. No blisters! If you have beefy calves, there is plenty of room. Love the pink stitching detailing.

I finally got it sorted out. Started with an 8 wide then an 8 then 7.5 regular width. Now they are perfect! My other Ariat boots are solid 8s. However, they are well seasoned and sizing changes. The powder brown is dark and deep, it is beautiful. The hot pink stitching is toned downed with some purple and magenta. I was concerned about the slight square toe. I have all round toes on my boots. Not a problem, they fit perfectly! So happy with them.

I bought these and the Roper Glitter Underlay boots to try on with a dress for an outdoor party. I kept both because first, they felt great the minute I put them on. I’m a true 7 1/2 and these fit great, with sufficient room for a trouser sock. These (Ariat’s) took less than a day to break in and then I wore them for about 6 hours at an outdoor party, standing most of the time! They are stylish, smart, and looked great with my summery dress. I received a TON of compliments and most thought they were a high end western boot. For this price point, comfort, style and ease yes yes yes..!!!

I ordered 2 different pairs of Ariat boots with square toes (other pair was Callahan) with exactly the same size. This one was considerably longer and wider than the other pair. Since these were so big, I returned them immediately. I was very impressed with the lining in this boot though; it’s beautiful. The whole boot was super comfortable. It just didn’t fit.

The length and width of the foot area feel just right to me in my usual size. However, they are painfully tight over the center of my foot, wearing my usual athletic socks. I am going to try to break them in wearing ultra thin socks, because I really do like them otherwise. I do have fairly high arches. I haven’t had this issue with my English style Ariat boots, though.

I got these in wide and they fit great! Perfect casual boot and the stitching is very nicely done so they can be worn with a range of outfits. The square toe was just right, not to boxy and still plenty of room.

Just got these in the mail and they fit like a glove! So comfortable, can’t wait to ride in them. Fits true to foot size (I’m a 7.5) but I got a wide based on other reviews, definitely get the wide unless you have tiny feet. The wide is perfect for me.

I’ve previously gotten Ariat Fatbabies and worked in them with no problems for 5+ years, but when I put these on they were so comfortable that I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, after riding in them for less than an hour, the color on the shaft is already rubbed off. For boots this expensive, I’m beyond disappointed. If the embellishments are going to rub off this easily then that needs to be clearly stated in the boot description, because I never would have gotten these if I’d known how quickly they would be damaged. I could have spent half the money on boots that would last years and still look good instead of days.
Just all around frustrated, but if you don’t care how your boots look or don’t plan to actually work in them, then these are at least comfortable to wear.

I have wide feet and I have struggled with looking for shoes that would fit me and it has always been difficult since shoe choices are limited and most of the time, they don’t look nice.
For the past 5 years I have been looking for boots that would work and I often met with negative results. 5 years of discouragement and frustration has always left me to believe that my feet weren’t meant to wear western boots.
That’s when I came across Ariat, completely by accident. So, I decided to go and buy some boots. And when I tried them on I was amazed that they actually fit me! I am completely in love with them and I will continue to buy more boots in the future.

I wanted to wear these boots a few days before I wrote a review. Aside from compliments I get every time I wear them I can honestly say they work. I live n work at an equine boarding facility so I walk on every type of surface. There was no breaking in. I took out of the box put them on n went to work. I love the sole. It’s flexible doesn’t slip n my feet don’t hurt at the end of long days. The leather is soft and very comfortable. Plus they really look good. I’ve gotten compliments from cowboys! Zero regrets. I will get another pair.
