I suffer from bone spurs in my heels, plantar fasciitis and I’m heavy. I saw a few good reviews for shock shield heel and decided to give it a try. WOW, comfortable day one and my feet feel great. This is my third pair of Ariat Sierra’s, the first two did not have this heel. If any of you suffer from heel/foot pain give any boot with the shock shield heel a try.

I’ve bought two pair of these boots in the last month. Sizes 14 and 13. One for my son and one for my son in law. I got my son a pair two years ago and he wore them both for dress and play. My son in law often borrowed them for date nights with my daughter and this is after they were well broken in! These are very durable boots! My son is an electrician so I chose the shock shield ones this time. Now they each have their own and don’t have to fight over them! I see future purchases every two years with these guys!

This is starting to feel like a very good boot. They were very tight out of the box, especially the right foot. I am stubborn, so I just kept putting them on, finally after about a week or a little more they are very comfortable. I had actually begun the return process because the first few times I wore them I couldn’t wait to take them off at the end of the day. I’m glad I stuck it out and got them broken in, now they feel like a good boot.

They came out of the box damaged and worn. Its like they sent me used boots they were so bad. Also the quality of the leather is horrible and thin.
