Bought and had to send back .right foot true fit left boot to small could not get my foot in , even my son size smaller struggled to get the boot on . Disappointed.

Beautifully made boots, loved them however they were a medium fit and even though I bought a size 12 they were still not wide enough. He problem is no wide fit available which seems a common issue in the U.K. but not in other US.

I really like the design in the leather of these boots. I ordered online after trying other Ariat boots in store, and unfortunately these haven’t fit right. I have taken them to a reputable retail store to be stretched; while that has helped the fit, it has not completely solved the discomfort of the fit. I have never had a pair of Ariats fit so poorly. When I first got them I couldn’t wear them for more than a few minutes without my feet going to sleep and being in pretty bad pain. Not sure what I am going to do with these.

Great looking boots. They fit really well and were super comfortable. I had to send them back because the shaft was wider than I prefer – even under my boot cut jeans they stuck out a lot. Might be less an issue on a taller guy, but I am 5’8″, with 30″ inseams. Customer service was super smooth and the refund was issued quickly. Will definitely be doing business with them again

Very very disappointed. Glue holding the boot at the toe box coming undone after about
Two month. Water can get in. This is the SECOND issue with QA for me and I may be done with all this.
VERY frustrated as most people these days don’t have money to waste around.

Comfortable and clearly very high quality. The boots are sturdy and clearly of good construction. The material for the patterning is nice. The boots fit very well, going 0.5 size up from my normal boots, from a 10.5 UK to an 11UK and they fit perfectly right out the box. Looking forward to wearing them both in the saddle and out of it.

True to the size (bought 11.5 D) nice snug fit, very comfortable. Needs a little bit of braking in, but that goes for every genuine leather boots. Love the Tortuga color.
