The boot has a seam at ankle height that is on both the outside and the inside of the boot and pressed against the inside of my ankle. It was very uncomfortable when put on an the laces tightened without having walked a single step. A very bad design and in all my years with many brands of boots I have never found any that were as uncomfortable as these Ariat Turbo work boots.
Steve –
The boots felt true to size, no arch support and very uncomfortable. The inside where tongue is sown to the inside of the boot hits at the ankle and is very uncomfortable.
Christian –
Love ariat brand

Torture devices that look great. I’ll attach a photo pointing out where it hits the inner ankle.
Greg –
Throws foot forward and puts pressure on toes.
Celtic85 –
Incredibly comfortable boots, sturdy and made with quality material. I just bought my second pair. I work in a machine shop 12 hours a day on concrete and these things have saved my feet. These will be my boots from now on as long as they keep making them.

i’ve been working on side by sides, motorcycles, cars and trucks for years. i’ve had these boots for over 5 years and just now decided it’s about time to retire them. comfortable, durable, no complaints. i got my moneys worth

Wore a handful of times and they killed my feet.

Excellent product.

Really great boots. As soon as you put them on you can tell a difference in quality and comfort compared to others. I’m on my feet 12 hours a day walking on concrete and these things help carry me through. As long as they keep making these I’ll keep buying them.

I’ve haven’t worn a pair of lace up work boots in about 15 years, I’ve always been an Ariat pull on boot kind of guy. I’ve tried other brands and all have failed me within 3 months. I decided to take a chance on these lace ups and let me tell you, these boots are extremely comfortable, durable and definitely waterproof. I work in construction so I use these for about 12-16 hours a day, I walk anywhere from 3-5 miles, climb numerous flights of stairs, and these boots put in the work! I now find myself alternating my Ariat work boots from these lace ups to my Ariat pull on boots because they’re both so comfortable. These were definitely a great investment.

Amazing boots had them for 2 years and they still had life left in them
BTrim –
Great fit, very comfortable and feel stable. Love the look too. First pair of “real” work boots.
Henry B –
Started wearing them 10 hours a day, right out of the box. A little stiff, but comfortable. A nice boot.

Work in oil industry. Usually have these on ~4hrs a day for the past 2 months. Very solid made shoe, laces a re long and leather is holding up. Lightweight compared to other shoes i have tried on. Very comfortable to walk in and have on. I got the darker brown color and it looks great

Great Boots
Brandon –
These have been the only other boots other than the Irish Setters that been insanely comfortable straight out of the box. Color is a lot lighter than the picture shows but the comfort level makes you forget all about that.
Warehouse 13 + hours a day in these. Highly recommend.

I have tried the thourogood and the timberland pros. The ariet work boot was by far the most comfortable boot I have ever worked in. Very light and durable. Only thing I wish was different was a darker color
S.Scott –
I’m a 12R in Bates military issue boots, a 12.5 in New Balance work shoes, and a 13 in Ariat work boots apparently if that helps anyone for comparison. Materials appear solid but time on the job will tell if construction holds up. These will take some break in, I would recommend wearing them around a bit before jumping into a 12 hour shift. Otherwise, so far so good.
