We process orders quickly to get your adventure gear to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process.

We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether we can ship to your location.

We offer two shipping methods designed for different needs:

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! All international shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse in Newark Valley to your doorstep.

We stand behind every product that leaves our warehouse. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet our high standards of comfort and quality:

• You have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return
• Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Currently, we process returns only. For a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
