Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
– Flat rate: $12.95 for all orders
– Recommended for fastest delivery

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Free for orders $50 and above
– Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

International Shipping

We ship globally (except Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery. For the smoothest experience, we recommend:

  • Providing a complete shipping address with phone number
  • Being available to sign for your package
  • Checking local customs regulations for footwear/apparel imports

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Products must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Insoles & Accessories (once opened or used)
  • Slippers (if the hygienic seal is broken)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Specific return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and include the completed return form. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If the new size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
